All sales are final with the exception of broken item(s) upon arrival or if the wrong item was received (our mistake). Please see below details for the instructions on how to receive refund, or replacement:
If the item(s) in your order are broken upon delivery:
You will have 24 hours from the delivery date to photograph the broken item(s) clearly, as well as the condition of the box it arrived in. Please email all photo attachments with your invoice number and contact information to: firstname.lastname@example.org
You received the wrong item(s)?
If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, you will receive a 20% discount, which can be applied to you next order (this does not include sale items, or items less than $20.00 subtotaled).
- In order to receive a full refund or replacement item, please email photo of item within 48 hours of delivery and order number to email@example.com and await instruction. Please keep all boxes and packing material to use for shipping the item back. We will issue a shipping label and full refund, replacement or credit once the return item has been received unbroken to cheapheadshop.com
