How fast will I receive my order? And other shipping questions details.

    • Once we have received your order and payment confirmation, your order will ship within 1 business day, if placed on Saturday or Sunday, please allow up to 48 hours.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time, however, we will in the very near future. We also cannot offer free shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please message us if you have such a request and we will give you a discount on your shipment/order.

  • We use UPS Ground, and depending on where you live, it will take 2-6 business days for your order to arrive. Due to the age restriction of our products we also cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
  • If you need faster shipment, or have special shipping needs, please contact support@cheapheadshop.com or sales@cheapheadshop.com

How do I track my order?

  • You will receive tracking information via email.
  • Please note: Once the shipping ticket has been processed it can take one to two days before you will be able to view tracking information.

Will my packages be discrete?

  • Absolutely. You will receive either a non-descript package both with sender’s company name “Fox Enterprises.”

Will you share my information with other companies?

  • Nope. Never. We do not keep your credit card information, nor sell your name, phone number, physical or email addresses to other companies.
  • Unless you specifically ask to be included on our mailing list, we will never email you, unless you initiate correspondence through support or customer service ticket.

How do I cancel my order?

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by notifying returns@cheapheadshop.com. Please make sure to include your name, order/invoice number and instructions on if you would like a refund or ordered the wrong item by mistake.
  • If your order has already been packaged and not yet shipped, you will be charged a $5 re-stocking fee.
  • If the order has already been shipped, please see “refund policy.”

What form of payments do you accept?

  • We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover, as well as any bank debit cards.
  • We do not accept PayPalor Bitcoin at this time.

Coupon Codes

  • You will have the opportunity to use your coupon code at checkout. Your coupon code is valid for one purchase and unfortunately cannot be re-applied.
